Estell Warren was part of a developer led bidding team with responsibility for streetscape and public realm design for several Doncaster MBC housing regeneration projects.
Each of the sites is varied in situation and character – the proposed schemes take advantage of these unique attributes, ranging from steep sided plateau topography with extensive panoramic views to low lying ‘fen’ landscapes with strong linear patterns of ditches, dykes and canals.
