Estell Warren was appointed to prepare schematic designs for environmental improvement of the main road corridor between Fitzwilliam and Kinsley.  Working closely alongside neighbourhood and local regeneration teams we presented our proposals to community groups. 

The masterplan focuses on practical, low cost treatments of frontages and associated open spaces which, when seen together, bring a consistency and freshness to the road corridor.   Increased seasonal change, through use of bulbs and trees and highway safety improvements are included in the proposals.  The masterplan sets out a phased and costed implementation programme, allowing the scheme to be delivered over an extended period of time as funding allows.
