The Greenhouse is a re-use of an older building that pushes the boundaries of zero carbon development.  Estell Warren was appointed to deliver a green oasis courtyard at the heart of the scheme and to prepare ideas for the wider site. 

The inner courtyard space introduces dramatic plant climbing structures – a modern greenhouse with sheltered communal sitting areas.  Fruiting orchard trees and innovative combinations of native plant species provide sustenance and value for both residents and wildlife.  The design creates a balance between strong visual effect and low carbon targets.
