Estell Warren was appointed by English Partnerships and Renaissance South Yorkshire as masterplanner and landscape architect for this 40ha former colliery site.  As part of a Stage One Economic Appraisal study we prepared various options for residential, leisure and ecological end uses.

An extensive public consultation exercise was undertaken to identify local community and stakeholder views on the options under consideration to help develop the site layout and potential site uses including leisure activities and possible cycle training facility.  The scheme is now being taken forward to delivery stage.
