Working with developer Lovell and their consultant team we helped win a competition to regenerate a City centre housing site.   The aim of the project is to deliver high quality, diverse and affordable homes, working to best practice design and energy standards.

Estell Warren worked with the project’s architects to design external areas following Home Zone principles, playing down the importance of the car in favour of pedestrian and child friendly spaces.  The practice took part in design workshops leading to further development of the winning masterplan and preparation of materials palettes for the scheme.
